The story, ready to paste
FunTrotter turns a state, your dates and a budget into a real, bookable day-by-day trip plan in seconds. Free, for all 50 states.
Free trip plans for every US state. Real places, real hours, one-tap booking. Find your trip at gofuntrotter.com
FunTrotter is a free trip planner for the United States. Pick a state, your dates and a budget, and it builds a day-by-day itinerary from real data: opening hours, drive times, sunsets, the weather forecast and local food, with a map and costs for every day. Unlike a chatbot, every stop is a real place from open data, and every booking is one tap away. Plan with friends, vote on stops, and take your trip offline.

How we sound
Warm, quick and a little playful, and always specific. Accuracy is the brand.
We say
- Say what's real: "open till 6 pm", "1 h 20 m drive".
- Short, warm sentences. Like a friend who's been there.
- Celebrate the trip, not the tech.
We avoid
- Hype words: "ultimate", "revolutionary", "best ever".
- Promise perfection. We show sources and checked dates instead.
- Call plans "AI-generated". They're planned from real data.
