Chaco Culture National Historical Park

The only access point to the park is via the south road (Hwy 57). Please be advised that the road is muddy and has some deep sections of standing water and exposed rocks. AWD, high clearance, and especially experience driving in the mud are required. CR 7950 has been entirely washed out at Escavada Wash and is inaccessible as an entrance to the park.
