Brown Earth Indian Church and Cemetery

This church was built in 1877 by Sisiṭuƞwaƞ Dakota Christians of the short-lived Brown Earth Colony and pastored by Daniel Renville. By 1892, its members had dispersed to other Dakota settlements and the church was abandoned. It is now a historical site.
